Energy

Tonight I have a friend in my thoughts. Earlier today I learned that she suffered the early loss of her father. I tried to eat dinner, but couldn't. My heart and mind won't rest.

So, I'm sending her energy tonight. I really feel like she wants/needs it. *hugs*
